You can add as many requests as you want but we’ll focus on one at a time. That way, we can ensure we’re delivering quality content. With the Pro plan, we can get two team members working simultaneously.
Almost all of our communication will be asynchronous through chat and our project management platform. We’ll invite you to a private platform where you can add/edit/reorganize all your content requests. Numonic keeps costs low by systematizing and standardizing our operations. We do not use any other tools nor do we schedule weekly calls. We’re too busy getting your projects done.

It depends on the nature of the request. For short pieces, you can expect it withn 48 hours. For longer pieces, you'll first receive an outline. Once you feel it's in a good place, we'll draft the entire piece. A few social posts can be turned around in a day while an ebook can take up to three weeks when we need to do all the research too. We estimate projects based on word count and do our best to meet our target timelines. Here’s our turnaround targets as of 2024:

Not yet. We have extensive experience in AI content creation and frankly, the quality just isn't there yet. Rest assured we are exploring it everyday. If we find there's an opportunity to produce reliable, high-quality material that's going to save money, you'll be the first to know. We will explicitly offer AI-generated content at different price. Until then, everything produced by Numonic comes from a fleshy, organic, brilliant human mind.
We're here for your feedback. We'll go back and forth as much as needed to ensure you're happy with the piece. Even if that means rewriting it. Once it's approved, we'll move on to your next project.
